Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show
Although the show doesn’t air until November 29th, the Victoria’s Secret Angels have been making sure that they were in tip-top shape for the show by eating right and exercising.
Adriana Lima’s training started with working out with a personal trainer daily in August, and for the last three weeks, it’s been twice a day. Nine days before the show, she will only eat solids, this means protein shakes only (containing “powdered egg”). After drinking a gallon of water for everyday for weeks straight, she will abstain from water for 12 hours before the show, to get rid of any water weight.
Nicki Minaj has been added to the lineup of musical guests that will be performing at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show later this month. Cee-Lo was scheduled to perform but had to drop out for unknown reasons. Kanye West and Maroon 5 are also slated to make an appearance that evening.
